Our Shipping Policy

All orders are handmade, packaged with care, and shipped within the United States only. Processing time is typically 2–4 business days, depending on order volume. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight and delivery speed. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after your order leaves our studio.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, incorrect addresses, or packages marked as delivered. If an issue arises, we’ll always do our best to help.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

For now, we’re able to ship to U.S. addresses only, and we appreciate your understanding as we build toward wider delivery options.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is handmade, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change‑of‑mind purchases. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your local USPS office or neighbors first. While we cannot refund orders marked as delivered, we’ll always do our best to assist you.
